- How can my company accumulate points?

All you must do is register in the program and inform your VoeBiz number when purchasing tickets. The accumulation of points is valid on all flights issued by the GOL, Air France and KLM website, and through direct sales channels. Here are some criteria:
• Only tickets flown will be eligible for points accumulation;
• Only tickets with a valid VoeBiz number can earn points;
• The accrual credit for the ticket flown will not be entered immediately after the flight. The accumulated points will be available in the VoeBiz account within 5 days after the flight for GOL tickets, and up to 90 days for Air France and KLM tickets.
• The accumulation can be done retroactively (after the flight) if the VoeBiz number is not informed when purchasing the ticket. The deadline is up to 30 days after the flight date for GOL tickets and 90 days for Air France and KLM tickets;
• Tickets issued for infants (from 0 to 23 months of age) and children (from 2 to 11 years of age) are not eligible for program point accumulation;
• For security reasons, you will not be allowed to update your VoeBiz number at check-in;
• No type of award ticket redeemed via Smiles, Flying Blue or via the VoeBiz program will be eligible to earn points. - I forgot to informe the VoeBiz number when I was booking the flight. Did my company lose the points for this travel?

Do not worry. If the VoeBiz number is not informed when making the reservation, the administrator of the account registered in the program may request retroactive points up to 30 calendar days after the flight date for GOL tickets, and up to 90 days for Air France and KLM tickets, using the retroactive points request form available by accessing the VoeBiz account.

No. VoeBiz points cannot be exchanged for cash, are not transferable to third parties and cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred, either for consideration or free of charge, of balances to other companies. Points are used exclusively to purchase tickets available on the www.voebiz.com.br portal.
- My company was acquired by other one. What happens to my accumulated points?

When two or more companies participating in the VoeBiz Program are purchased or merged, points can only be transferred to another company with the written consent of the VoeBiz Customer Service.
Important:- For the transfer request, it will be necessary to send documentation that proves the union of the companies;
- The deadline for the transfer will be until the expiration of the accumulated points;
- After the transfer, the original validity of the points remains the same;
- Points must be transferred in their entirety, in a single transaction;
- After the transfer, the company of origin of the points will be updated with cancelled status;
- There is no cost for this procedure.
- Can my company lose the accumulated points?

In case of fraud or misuse of the VoeBiz program in which the company violates any term of the program regulations, GOL, Air France and KLM reserve the right to terminate the membership of the participating company in the VoeBiz Program and immediately cancel the balance (including all points accumulated or in the course of validation) and redeemed tickets.
